Terms
All quotes, purchase orders (submitted or received), and invoices (submitted or received) fall under the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Price terms:
- BNC quoted EXW/FCA/FOB/CIF/DDP price according to the port of destination of customer enquiry.
2. Production Requirements:
- BNC will produce according to the customer’s order quantity requirements and ensure timely production. The packaging will be jointly negotiated by both parties. BNC is responsible for ensuring the quality of the packaging, so that the parts remain undamaged when they arrive at the customer’s designated warehouse.
- BNC agrees to maintain production capacity 20% higher than the customer’s annual demand after PPAP approval.
3. Packaging and Transportation:
- Unless otherwise specified, the customer will not bear additional costs for freight, packaging, or recyclable packaging containers. All goods must be packaged in compliance with the requirements agreed upon by both parties and the carrier’s packaging standards. Any losses caused by improper packaging or transportation will be borne by BNC and the carrier. Each individual package must be labeled on the outside with markings as required by this order or the customer’s packaging specifications, such as part numbers, barcodes, weight, quantity, etc.
